Deliveries, Refunds, & Returns

Working Day Delivery: 

Weekdays: Orders placed before 7PM will be dispatched the next day – not including on Saturdays. Orders after 7PM will be dispatched the following day after – including on Sundays. 
 
Bank Holidays: Orders will be delivered on Bank Holidays, in case of delay the outstanding Next Day orders will be delivered on the following non-holiday day. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will not be collected from our warehouse until the next non-holiday day, for delivery the following day. 

 

Delivery & Charges Applicable: 

For any orders equal to or less than Rs.299 will be delivered to all serviceable delivery addresses within 5-7 days from the day of dispatch with a flat fee of Rs.49 charged per order placed. 
For any order above Rs.299 will be delivered to all serviceable delivery addresses within 5-7 business days from the day of dispatch with absolutely no delivery charges. 
Please note that Team Soyuz is working consistently on improving its delivery service network and will be bringing Cash On Delivery option as well very soon. 
Currently, we are keen on making sure successfully and safely delivering all orders to our customers across select areas in Delhi-NCR via our own delivery channel. 

 

Alterations To Your Order Details: 

We are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. 
If you need to make any changes to the details, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team at goodpeople@soyuz.in, and make the change request like; change in quantity & change in delivery address ONLY. All changes must be submitted at goodpeople@soyuz.in before the orders are marked DISPATCH. 

 

Bulk Orders Enquiry: 

If a large quantity of products is ordered which cannot be fulfilled by our standard delivery options, you will be contacted and a further payment will have to be made to ensure your goods are dispatched and delivered. If you are planning on purchasing a large quantity of goods, to ensure smooth delivery please contact us at goodpeople@soyuz.inwhen you place your order. 

 

Returns Policy: 

Soyuz brings to you products made with utmost quality and care. Our teams put every product through a rigorous quality check to ensure that the products reaching you are in a perfect condition. However, only in the event that there is something wrong with your order like damaged product, missing units & breakage, we would be happy to accept a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Please initiate a return/replacement by sending us an email at goodpeople@soyuz.in. In case of tampered packages, or products not in the right condition we recommend you to make a video and share it with us so that we can escalate it to the right team and ensure corrective actions on the same. On approval from our team only, you may proceed to send the product on the address provided to you over the approval email. 
Please ensure that the product(s) is(are) unused and the boxes, bottles and other packaging is intact. 

 

Return Logistics: 

You will have to self-courier the product that you want to return/exchange to the address assigned over return/replacement approval email. We shall reimburse you an amount of Maximum Rs.49 per order. We recommend you send the product through a reliable courier service with a tracking facility. Also, retain the courier proof until you have received the refund. Failure to do so may result in a lengthy return processing delay while we investigate the location of your returned goods. 

 

Refund Policy: 

No refunds are provided after an order is placed. Refunds are only granted in the returns that qualify as per our returns policy. The order amount for qualified returns will be credited back to you within 7 working days once we have received the product back at our warehouse and the required quality check has been completed. 
All refunds shall be executed on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of Team Soyuz. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Shipping Policy: 

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order. Transit times are determined by the shipping method. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us at goodpeople@soyuz.in and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible. We will give our best that your fuel reaches you on time. 
All orders will ship through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “check out”. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 299, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location.
