A Thai‑inspired stir fry dish, meat‑free, and perfect for your dinner time.
Step 1. In a bowl, place rice flour and sesame seeds, toss to combine. Roll tofu in rice‑flour mixture.
Step 2. In a wok, heat half the oil on medium flame and cook tofu for 2‑3 minutes on all sides, till they are golden brown and crispy.
Step 3. Clean the wok and heat the remaining oil on high heat. Add ginger, chillies, garlic, and winged beans. Add black beans, chilli sauce, and stock.
Step 4. Stir for a couple of minutes, till the sauce thickens and the beans are tender. Add tofu and toss to coat.
Step 5. Serve it in a bowl or plate by garnishing with chilli flakes and sea salt.
