A tasty salad packed with vegetables and tofu nutrition with spiciness of schezwan sauce. Presenting tofu vegetable salad made with healthiest tofu manufactured by Soyuz.
1. On a hot pan, add 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt. Slice the tofu into cubes and toss it in the oil, stir fry till golden brown, and set aside.
2. One the same pan, add some more oil, and let the pan heat. Add some schezwan sauce and chilli flakes when the oil is heated. Stir the sauce until it thickens slightly.
3. Cut the broccoli, tomato, bell peppers, and onions. Toss them in the pan and stir fry for 5 minutes. Set them aside.
4. Combine the vegetables and tofu in a bowl. Season it with sesame seeds.
